I heard Vic with Strings Attached. He was an awesome player with a great sound. The one time I looked at his amp it was a Fuchs. I think he had an Earthquaker reverb.

I've owned many semi-hollow guitars over the years (Gibson, Heritage, Ibanez, etc), and in my view, the JSM100 is the best of the lot.

I think the OPs guitar and the one pictured in post #21 both have stingers it is just that they are very difficult to spot against the very dark lacquer of the neck sunburst. Common on photos of 1936...
