The Science of Music - Learn Music Theory, Modes & Scales | #1 Best Seller
I know nothing about this book (The Science of Music) or its author, Allen Van Wert.
An ad popped up in my feed and my first thought was "probably crap" (I tend toward skepticism.)
Thought I'd post a link here to see if anyone was familiar with it.
Fraud? Same old shit in different packaging? Something perhaps useful to largely self-taught guitarists?

Intellectual types are going to eat this up.

Look at the "stars" endorsing it.

How to learn modes without learning theory. Willful ignorance for intellectual types twisting themselves in knots trying to be smart without being "book smart"

looks like 100% AI generated crackpot theory. some folks here will eat it up

^ It's just marketing. And youtube click based marketing is even worse because it just makes everything as cringe and base instinct as possible. I can basically only be on a youtube feed for a few minutes per day anymore.

^ Yup. I ordered a bible from walmart.com and they classified it as hardcover so I bought it because I was specifically looking for hardcover. It arrived and was of course softcover. They deceived me when selling a bible lol.
