"I am really thinking about buying this book by Jeb Patton... convince me please, hahaha, I do not know"
What brought me to buy this book is his straight-forward approach to teaching. He wastes no time in presenting his basic lay-out and progressing to a variety of styles as mentioned above. I have also been able to utilize his "formulas" and experiment with my own formulas. There's 250+ pages of non-stop instruction presented in clear concise language.

    Thanks, Reg.

I've heard you say in the past that you don't use a lot of different chord voicings usually. You have some basic reference "default" voicings for diatonic, MM etc. to create lead lines/grooves?

I wondered if maybe you had ever posted anything on your basic reference voicings for those scales? That starting reference might make all your other comping videos easier to follow for us slow folks as well.

If I remember correctly , seems like you talked about organizing basic voicings from 6th string, 5th string, 4th string roots etc. I know that for the 4th string, I run out of strings pretty quickly. :-)

Thanks for the video and sheet.
