In no particular order (and excluding Wes and Joe Pass, among others, because they are no longer with us):

1. James Muller--baddest guy out there right now, IMHO
2. Sco--'nuff said.
3. Adam Rogers--guy just kills
4. Bireli--great imagination and not limited by technique. Might just be the guitar equivalent of Mike Brecker.
5. Jonathan Kreisberg--just kills.

And Metheny, Grant Geissman (recent stuff is great), Benson (funkiest guy when he wants to be. And just great lines. And via Tuck, I finally learned how to use a pick well...)
