Seeking help finding Mike Stern Chart - Goodbye Again

Hi all:

As per the title, I'm seeking the chart/lead sheet for Mike Stern's Goodbye Again. I've been trying to transcribe the head, but there are a few chords I can't quite figure out. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks so much. I see it's transcribed by Jamie Philp - this wouldn't be the same Jamie Philp from Grant MacEawn University in Edmonton, by any chance?

It is.... I was there many years ago-graduated in 1989- How do you know him?

If you look in the book section of Amazon, they have 2-3 Mike Stern transcription books. Not sure what album Goodbye Again is from.
