Recording interface recommendations?

I've used Focusrite Scarlett Solo, 2i2, 18i8.

They're OK.

Sounds like you weren't too impressed. Could you point out what you didn't like about Focusrite? Is there another interface that you really liked? I'm asking because I've been considering getting a Focusrite.

Nothing wrong with the Focusrite, I have the Scarlett 2i2. I purchased it from Sweetwater. Sweetwater has awesome tech support, when I need help with pro tools the techs are there to walk you through it for free. My next venture is purchasing Studio Monitoring headphones.

I ended up with the Focusrite 2i2. I've been happy with it.
