    I registered just to ask ... did I miss the thread or has no one noticed great Louisiana guitarist Ron Eschetr has past away a few days ago?

    Met him in 70s, he was my H.S. girlfriend's guitar teacher. Heard him pkay so much in SoCal.

    What a loss to Jazz.

    I also saw Eschete many times here in So Cal, mostly at Steamers in Fullerton. First rate player and really a master at using chords in his solos.
