I'm sharing my easy 16 bar version of the FlintStones (Chords and Melody).
It's easier to play for beginners.

I referenced this in Oleo, the trumpet player smirked. It’s always a highlight when I can pull off something fun.

When I was 16 years old my rock band covered The Flintstones theme song, but looking at your chart in OP I now realize we were playing a much faster harmonic rhythm, almost a double-time feel...but then slowing the tempo way down so that we could actually play it.
Using the exact same melody and measures as OP's chart, our chord changes were:
Cmaj7 A-7 D-7 G+7 | Cmaj7 A-7 D-7 G+7 | Cmaj7 F#7 Fmaj7 F-7 | E-7 Eb-7 D-7 G+7 |
Yeah, one chord per beat. Crazy. The bridge, iirc was:
B-7 E9 B-7 E9 | E-7 E-6 E-7 E-6 | A-7 D9 A-7 D9 | D-7 / G+7 / |
(two beats per chord for that last measure.)
Freakin' kids...

I believe it's pretty much 'rhythm changes'

If you listen to recordings, some players play Rhythm Changes with a two feel, so play less chords.

Flintstones was written as a contrafact of I Got Rhythm, AFAIK. It has been covered by a number of jazz artists, including George Barnes, Herb Ellis/Barney Kessel, Herb Ellis/Ray Brown, Kenny Burrell, and many others.
Dirk has a lesson on this site for it: (Meet) The Flintstones Theme For Jazz Guitar | TABS

Back when I was doing the Jimmy Raney solos in the Aebersold book, I paired his "Rhythm Changes" solo with the Flintstones theme. I got well and truly lost on the tempo in spots, so defined certain points where I needed to play a certain note on a specific beat about every 4/8 measures. It is a great solo and worth learning, and it does well with "Meet the Flintstones" as the head.

Very nice work, even if it's a learned solo, I enjoyed it.

Dirk's excellent FlintStones Theme.
