Is this for a lesson or an assignment? It's a great one to learn from and it seems you'd learn a lot by identifying the elements within it and making yourself a more informed guitarist.
Whoever assigned this to you had good insight in showing you a really nice instructional piece by which you could learn basic phrasing in one position, melody, a basic 7th chord harmonic form and the way they go together.
What's the story behind why you need this? Would it be more useful for you to ask someone for a skype meeting to actually show YOU how to get this under your fingers, in your ear and pull you up to the next level with this piece? It's a great one to do this with.
I think this is a great opportunity to actually become a more creative and capable player.

Identify the melodic zone on the fingerboard where these blues phrases reside.
Identify the chord that centres the phrase.
Tap out the rhythm and work on internalizing the rhythmic drive here; you can do this without even writing anything down at first.
Get a feel for the sense of call and response, how the melody makes a statement, how the chords work with it to create a give and take of phrasing.
Learn the earlier phrases in position and see how ideas can move by your linear movement down the fingerboard.
GREAT tools to have under your belt. Things you'll use your entire life. All in one piece of music!
THank your teacher for putting this in your hands and ask them to explain the mechanics.

Honestly, this is a nice learning piece. Your time would be well used in knowing the steps to internalization of the process. THAT will make you a better player.

Somebody can do the work for you, but only you can learn what makes this a powerful tool in your knowledge.
And it's not that hard when done in a way that mirrors the playing/improvisational process.

What exactly is your goal? Just to be able to play it?

I guess I'm just wondering why all the import/export/MIDI/magic

    PDF and/or staff paper?

Also maybe writing it down isn't necessary if it's the literal writing of the music. The tempo is slow, a good bit of repetition, mostly one position, clear view of what he's playing.

For $40 you could get the entire Omnibook.

That's not a hard solo to transcribe. It's a great one. You don't need a midi file, you need to download it as mp3, then put into an app like Transcribe!, slow down as needed, and there you go, phrase by phrase you can transcribe yourself. That's how I do it anyway. Plus you got the video, everything is on a plate for you! Why do you want to be spoon fed? If your ears are not ready for this, then your fingers are not either.

The OP posted this same request here about 2 months ago, obviously he was not satisfied with my transcription, which admittedly was simplistic, as I wasn't willing to spend much time on it - but it was free. Here's his first thread: Transcriber wanted

Frankly, I thought it was a pretty average solo, only his unique phrasing made it interesting.

voxo, If you like Dedeian's playing, you'd be better off studying the instructional materials of others with that playing style.
