Its a choice surely? Here in France, seasonal flu is set to be way down as a result of masks being re-introduced albeit voluntarily at this stage.

Ah, but this is France - centre-right 'coalition' lightly spread over a core socialist ethos going way back. Expenditure on health is fairly high up the rankings, that and keeping the nation alive and working!
