How many years go by chiseling away at the giant stone until the face and hands of our vision take form. And in that moment, it simply seems as if it all comes “Out of Nowhere”

The balance of economy and flight is so musical . . . the phrase around 1:09 was deliciously unexpected.
It sounds like you're all the way back (and then some). Here's hoping it feels that way to you!

Thanks Sam! Yeah, I feel like I’ve got a fresh set of tires on

But your chiseling over time has led to something more like caressing, and I really like how you let the guitar do the work. I've played this tune in a Romany jazz group a few times, and it feels more like chiseling there, but when I listen to Jonathan Kriesberg's live take, it's like caressing. Maybe that's what jazz is about, finding the way to play a tune that best suits you.

Thanks so much for listening. I agree 100% that we each should find the modes of expression that best suits ourselves. The differences and diversity makes a very rich tapestry.
