Glad you found it amusing. MT is one hellava player. I've got a transcription of that version in MT's Tribute to Art Tatum book. Not that there's much point in me having it! I think it's around 340bpm!

Hey Johnathan! I believe in it too! I just downloaded the app and I love it! I appreciate how it naturally changes the way I play vs iReal or BIAB...It FEELS like the real deal for sure! I think a great way to get songs in would be to create a community pole where people vote for songs! ie..choose from these 3 songs (On top of what you're already working on). It'll be cool to get closer to the people supporting your app and get them involved in the process. Not sure if your open to that but community building creates sustainability aside from the fact that the app it HOTT

yeah! we are currently setting up a "Discord" group and we will link it to the app...(although this style of forum is cool too!!, we could look into something like this as well as an option)

Freddie, Hey buddy , good news... we will add "SAVE pitch and TEMPO" for individual tunes!

Regarding "All of Me"... my brother, that is the famous "Poinciana" Ahmad Jamal groove on "All of Me".... trust me, you don't want to walk on that!! It's a total vibe... also used it on Invitation. Many great jazz legends have used this apporach. It's a thing and I recommend checking out "Poinciana" when you get a chance... or my version of "Stella by Starlight" for a more modern use.

and "Just Friends" walks... and swings like hell.

We also increased the speed of tempo shift (but really to preserve the REAL FEEL, you don't want to over-use that feature and go 100 bpm away). eventually we will have different takes for that.

This is the closest thing to playing with the greatest players in the world and we hope you come along for the ride... it's gonna be a fun one!

Love everything JK does!

Have a subscription to “Explorations of Note” which I highly recommend, every possible recording and live YouTube video, and forgot until now that I subscribed to “the Feel Book” when it came out. (Life has had a few major distractions for me since.)

I’m gonna go fire it up right now, thanks, Mr. Kreisberg!

Ah, thanks for the point about the Poinciana groove. I went and listened to it, my horizon got a little wider today.

The other changes are terrific. Us intermediate players will love the more moderate tempos.

We have added a "SAVE" feature to save your pitch and tempo changes and it will be added to the update this weekend.... also the tempo change control is quicker... Just recorded 40 new tunes this past week so we will be up to 120 tunes soon! Hope to see you there!
