I find this app so much more useful to play along to that iReal Pro, and much easier to use than Band in a Box.
The one drawback is some of my favorites are missing in the library. But it allows the player to make harmony or rhythm more complex, change the voicings, and other things; and it changes the accompaniment for each repeat, making it a lot more interesting than other similar apps.
I am not associated with the app-makers in any way; I just enjoy using it.

i tried it and to me it's horrible. When it encounters an Fm7 chord, it doesn't seem to know that it can use Fm9, Fm11, doesn't seem to recognize situations where it can use Fm6 or FmMaj7. Doesn't know when to use alterations on dominant 7 chords and picks really bad bass notes many times. The author told me it was user error and that I needed to use level 3 for the scenarios I was describing but I only use level 3!
It may be easier to use than BIAB and certainly the UI blows away BIAB but BIAB blows it away in terms of actually knowing the rudiments of chord accompaniment and bass lines.
I'm not a big fan of BIAB either but jamtracks ain't there yet...

Ztucker you have any idea why Band Box guitar tabs look so bizarre....sometimes look unplayabe..Can I get Band-in-a-Box to display more realistic guitar tab/fingerings

i don't know. I try to use as few BIAB features as possible. It's a pretty horrible program with a 1980s style interface. I've never used their guitar tab feature
