    Youtube 'liner notes': His distinctive, slightly strained sound singles him out... That kinda holds up in a funny sort of way.

    I liked his nod to Leon Thomas on Master Plan.

    I always wanna know about the gear...minor details...my weakness, probably...apparently John is using a Boomerang looper. There's link off YouTube where he describes his setup in a 4-minute video.

    And I just watched an hour long interview with Sco done by Rick Beato. Rick does a really nice job with interviews, I think. Any Scofield fan would enjoy this. What a life this cat has had!
