No, it's not. Only to half speed. But, you can import the videos into Transcribe! and slow them down as much as you want.

Just take it one video lesson at a time. He builds up his system, and once you have it, it's a far better way to view and to learn the guitar than traditional (keyboard-based) approaches you find everywhere else. It is the best money spent I can recall.
