…and all the notes sound equally loud and with similar timbre, pick or fingers. While that’s not so hard to do if you play with some grind, like Danny Gaston or Greg Koch, I personally struggle mightily to make it all sound balanced and even with a totally clean tone. Plectrum notes are sometimes too loud and if I accidentally pluck a treble string with a nail instead of flesh the high end will bite my head off. Kreisberg has totally mastered this. Somewhat surprisingly, giving his incredible control over the instrument, I can definitely hear his pick clicking against the pickup cover during some parts of the song.

Hey, I warned him not to use a cheap generic brand band-aid on his neck pick-up, just won't do the job.
