Hang around for a surprise guest later. Unfortunately the musical pieces with the band are edited out for some mean reason or other but the rest is fine.

He was pretty much right though. Except music counts for more than just drums and projects Elvin Jones or even Jeff Tain Watts were in were more interesting to me than most of Buddy's output. The Citizen 'Tain album was killer and so was Ask the Ages.

Q: What's the difference between a bull and the Buddy Rich Orchestra?
A: A bull has the horns in the front and the asshole in the back.

I love those tapes cause it shows you what kind of piece of shit slacker sidemen you have to deal with even at the top level of the game. He just didn't know how to deal with it in the best way.
