According to Tele Master Bill Kirchen (-who played the famous "Hot Rod Lincoln" lick on the Commander Cody recording of the song), James is "a passionate roots rocker loaded with guitar firepower." He gigs heavily in Europe (-I think he's from Wales). I'm new to his work but enjoy what I've heard.

I watched a lot of his stuff during covid. He's a monster player.

He can certainly play fast! James gigs a lot in my area, although to be fair he's so hard working he gigs a lot everywhere! Very popular, with a good strong and loyal following. He's a big Danny Gatton fan, which is no bad thing!
