Great playing. Great tone.
-
She has a show on Youtube too:
-
Had tickets to see her in Santa Cruz, CA last month but got COVID three days before the show (sigh). Gave the tickets to a friend, who said she was outstanding.
-
I had seen clips of her for a while and thought her playing was impressive...and then I found out she could sing too!
Plays with a maturity far beyond her years. We'll be hearing about her for a long time.
-
Her new album is fantastic (as are her others)!
-
I like how she's always smiling and seems to love what she's doing
-
She's done 10 episodes of this show to date.

She has it all. Chops, taste and looks. She is a fine jazz guitarist and is well on her way to making tens of dollars in this business.

In all seriousness, I hope she can monetize her talents.

I think she will not starve doing what she likes. Given her talent, her appearance probably played a minor role in her admission to the faculty.

Jocelyn's trio.. sweet beautiful sounds..

She studied at Michigan State with Randy Napoleon, a terrific and very underrated player, himself.
-
Their rendition of God Bless the Child (7'18" ) is particularly inspiring, Jocelyn 's tone is the best I've heard from her.
Listen to the Bass, just so good....the whole stream is very very good.............
