Yes Kris, wasn’t Wes the first as a jazz guitarist? All I know is that I have every one of Wes’ records on vinyl. And many of my favorites are Wes with A&M and Verve. I love all the orchestrations. And Wes’ playing is nothing more than perfect. If you don’t dig pop Wes, you just don’t dig good music, imo.
