I watched 4 minuts. I don't think the guy is really making many points. But, I do find the music unlistenable.

e.x Collier said "I tune to the pitch I hear in my head" instead of "I have perfect pitch" thus he uses confusing terminology or something like that?

im tryna imagine if he was around in 1990s or 2000s pre-youtube, pre-social media... i think he'd be your average music nerd or loony, not some messianic superstar type figure

5-string guitars are nothing new, nor that odd. I used to play with a guy who used one. It's similar to a 5-string electric mandolin in that it uses fifths tuning like a tenor, with an added low string to extend the range. The guy kept an ES-175 under his bed configured that way, but usually played a solid-body 5-string. He joked that he only had five fingers, so only could handle five strings. He could play.

I have no idea what JC does with one, and I don't have enough incentive to watch a video to find out.

And if Jeremy Corbin or his supporters can't take a joke, then too bad.
