I wasn't sure where to post this. I have two topics really, and they can be rolled into one post.

The first is to draw attention to Rick Beato's YouTube channel. It is worth keeping up with. I enjoy his interviews and his thoughtful discussion of topics.

The second is his recent video showing AI generated songs. The theory didn't really surprise me, but watching process and results were emotionally disturbing.

Simple life advice threads are usually the most useful because they come from real experience. Little habits and perspectives matter more than people realize over time.
