Nope, I did not tried to kill uncle Donald, dont panic.
Just wanted to share that I finally published my first book! It’s called The Holistic Musician. If you’re into music, psychology, and the more spiritual side of creativity, you might really dig it.

You can check it out here: Amazon.com
If you grab a copy, a quick review on Amazon would be a massive help for the launch.

    Cheers!

Good luck with this and thank you for it.

Back when..Exploring expression of spirit in the arts. The axiom "..when you see it..you see it everywhere.." was and still is a guiding

light in my discovery of harmonic and melodic movement.

When I teach fairly new students..and give them small steps into their discovery that they are the music not the guitar.

And this has helped me to see this in myself in many new ways.

I’ve read the intro but I am holding off on the questions until I can do them properly with written responses.

I used a book called How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci by Michael Gelb when I was teaching in gifted ed. That book had many activities I found useful with these students including one called “100 questions”.

The exercise requires writing 100 questions in one sitting (45-60 minutes) to identify personal, deep-seated themes, ultimately highlighting what truly matters to you in life.

Then sifting and grouping one’s questions to identify important themes.

A good activity, like yours. I like to do a bit of navel-gazing from time to time similar to Effortless Mastery, Zen Guitar, Your Brain on Music and many others.
