Worth the trip if anyone is within reach. This is a virtual library of jazz guitar interviews, one off chord melodies, really entertaining candid offerings and opinions by basically the who's who of jazz guitar from a traditional and labour of love perspective.
Great quality heavy weight paper and even the ads are delightfully dangerous presentations that will get you thinking "Maybe I should get a guitar like this." Even an interview with Julian Lage as a tiny puppy on the cusp of unimagined greatness.
A complete set like this is an entire section of a music library.
Somebody is going to be REALLY lucky, but you're going to need to buy a new set of bookshelves!

Thanks for your generosity and congrats to whoever gets these!

I’ve been giving away dozens of books to my students and it has made me happy and v. thankful.

Your kind offer is inspiring me to continue giving away more stuff!

Magazines like that used to be such a big part of learning and staying inspired. Even now, they still have value for people who like physical content. There’s something different about flipping through pages versus scrolling online. You tend to take your time more. A lot of those older issues still hold up. It’s kind of like browsing through Yahoo yahoo.pissedconsumer.com/review.html archives—you come across things you didn’t expect. Same feeling here. Nice bit of nostalgia.

They’re still here if anybody wants them.
