Remi’s wife just died of cancer, I think she was quite young. Very sad.
He is a brilliant guitarist, I saw him a few years ago playing excellent Django-style acoustic jazz but he updated it nicely with lots of unusual tune choices etc.
He also played some blues on a Les Paul, I think he mentioned that Peter Green was a big hero of his.
(edit: just realised the video mentions Peter Green too.)
