I've noticed I've not seen Greentone for a while.

That's a thoughtful thought.

We always wonder about the regulars when they stop posting. One never knows look at some good names on the forum who are not with us. Frankly who would even know unless they keep in contact with others on the forum in other ways. I had a high school friend get cancer and died 5 months ago. He was single and not on here a lot but gone and forgotten as such, pretty much like the rest of us in truth for the future. Hopefully Greentone just has other things going on. It happens myself I lead a pretty boring life by any standard.

I've been bored, and I've been terrified. Bored is better.

Well, I had a bit of terror in my life 70 days ago for sure. Out riding my road bicycle as I normally do most days. I was going around a local lake out in the country and a bunch of deer were in front passing road. I slowed down then all of a sudden, I thought i might have clipped the legs of one of the deer coming out of nowhere. I cannot remember exactly but I did not get knock out. I went down very hard on pavement.

Started the heparin drip of course and another scan showed completely fine, it was later found to be an artifact. Of course, the day after surgery I did a bit of bleeding not good.
In the end as of now the broken bones are healed and it was a scare for sure. Right now, the deacon thanks the Lord and for the month of October all I really could do was play the guitar. It did not require walking or anything complicated so that was for 2-4 hours daily. It kept my mind occupied.

Glad you are on the mend!
I was in my 30s when my definition of "good luck" changed from actual good luck to the absence of bad luck.
Now I really do realize that every day above ground is a gift.
Wishing all the best for Greentone & that we hear from him soon.
