What I said. It's likely sound if it's canned. If it's effective it can be viewed as good. If there's something redeeming about it, nice parts, relaxing, good melody, whatever. Or if its aesthetic is just too cheesy and suck then you'd have to label it as bad.

Taste is not the key. I love playing Bach, I am annoyed by it when someone plays it the way I don't like.
This is taste. This is what taste does.

Let's forget about taste, let's imagine a world that has no taste and everything sounds the same for all people, no matter where they come from. Then this would be easier to discuss.

A little exercise for you to let go of your personal view of how things sound:
    Google Translate

Can you do it? If not, you are a slave to your own "taste".
That's my point sir. Music can be determined to be good or bad independent of taste.

Let"s take, for example, Chopin"s music and the different interpretations of his works by different performers.
If someone misinterprets Chopin"s music and does not understand his intentions of his music... Is it becoming "bad music"?
It seems to me that everything can be ruined.
It"s the same with playing jazz standards... Jazz is not always 'good" music.
f.ex:Inept jazz playing without the right sense of music and experience results in poor quality.
Another thing is the genres of music....

That's too broad a generalization, sounding pleasant and being musical are two different things, my house plant is a lousy music critic but it knows what it likes.

Such a world already exists: just replace the word "people" in your sentence with "plants."

There's more criteria. The word domain doesn't imply a few sentences of description.
