Well, if you use UDIO or SUNO, they have the creation in a database, and if your recopied work triggers their sensors, somehow, they'll no doubt expose you (if your music achieves any success), and when you sign publishing contracts, a licensing contract, say, for a film, the contract is going to ask you if you used AI, and to what extent and if you lie, you are committing fraud. If SUNO or UDIO sues the production company, the production company will probably come after you. I'm no lawyer, but I'm trying to think like one (my GF is a lawyer and though I didn't ask her she tries to prod me occasionally to think like one).

In any event, ask an IP lawyer. I'm just a guitar player with enough copyright knowledge to be obnoxious.

Fraud, and legally probably something like plagiarism? I'm guessing that using a company's tools running on the company's servers to create something isn't any different than commissioning their employees to use other company tools and serves to create that same thing for you.
