Chord Solo over “Untitled” by D’Angelo

Here’s another improvised chord solo of mine. It’s over the song “Untitled” by D’Angelo, where the verse is basically Dmaj7 to D7 to GMaj7 to Gmin7. At the time of filming, I was looking to see what songs and genres I can get away with using my chord soloing skills with.

Nice! Great tune, needs to be a jazz standard. FYI I think that last chord is Gmin6 or C9. It sounds good but you can get that bit of tension to get back to the top.
