This is going by too quickly to hear the changes clearly. But a thing I’ve noticed about the second chord (in Bb, it’s G7): some folks play it as a V7b9, others as a B7#9. I find that I love the #9, as it conveys both the minor (diatonic) and major (borrowed) harmonic flow simultaneously.
The melody note is a simple G, and therefore either method works.
