"Falling Sky" is a performance composition I am using to mentally survive the insanity of war being raged by the United States. Christian fundamentalist zealotry versus Islamic fundamentalism is openly calling for apocalyptic end-times, and they without a doubt have the means at their disposal to do it. Music is my refuge and I offer it here to share a few moments of peace. If the sky falls, it will be on those souls who pray for this; they who are hell bent on fulfilling their demented prophecy.

I am grateful that you give your time to listening! I’m trying out a new moniker for these to see if it’s a better fit than “spontaneous composition” or “comprovisation” or “improvised composition”. Or the basic “Freeform”.

Too bad that sentiment doesn't apply to everyone.

Not Freeform, the others are better. Nice playing.

I'm not sure, I'll think about it. But I can't tell you what to call your own thing. Leave it, it'll come to you.

Well, it's free improv, a composition is a set piece, which may be a product of improvisation - it often is, like much of J.S. Bach's work.

yes, these are the classic destinations. What I’m doing here is free improv, but….the connotation of that doesn’t feel right. So many people hear free improvisation and they go right to that “cat in a blender” vibe.
