"Falling Sky" is a performance composition I am using to mentally survive the insanity of war being raged by the United States. Christian fundamentalist zealotry versus Islamic fundamentalism is openly calling for apocalyptic end-times, and they without a doubt have the means at their disposal to do it. Music is my refuge and I offer it here to share a few moments of peace. If the sky falls, it will be on those souls who pray for this; they who are hell bent on fulfilling their demented prophecy.Last edited by Mark Kleinhaut; 03-04-2026 at 12:24 PM.

Thanks, Mark. Appreciated.

I am grateful that you give your time to listening! I’m trying out a new moniker for these to see if it’s a better fit than “spontaneous composition” or “comprovisation” or “improvised composition”. Or the basic “Freeform”.

yes, these are the classic destinations. What I’m doing here is free improv, but….the connotation of that doesn’t feel right. So many people hear free improvisation and they go right to that “cat in a blender” vibe.
