I find it always interesting to revisit something you have watched a while ago with the new eyes of someone who has made some progress meanwhile. ATM I am revisiting a masterclass video by Jackie Mclean's son Rene.

I'm often surprised over how many times I need to hear/see the same information over a period of time before it all sinks in. Very humbling.

Man anything at all that I think is interesting has to go in my big red practice binder for that very reason. Work on it for two months and put it away …. Come back in a year and it’s like it’s brand new. Usually in a good way, but sometimes in an embarrassing way
