A while back I got an unnamed what looks like an Ash body and separately a DARK wood neck with what looks like a walnut type of fingerboard. Unfortunately the previous owner yanked the frets out of the neck to make it into a slide guitar and made a mess of it. It's not a collectible nor a spectacular sample but I'd like to make it playable.
I've found several Luthiers online but have no idea what their qualifications are, so I want to know if anyone here can recommend a Luthier in southeast Florida to do the fretwork.

Might be about as good or cheap to just put a new neck on it then the frets already done.
