Very understandable to play the new guitar for a while to truly get a feel for it. Let me know after you get your
new guitar how it sounds and plays as I never heard a Bryant Trenier before. If you ever decide to sell your Comins Classic, I'll buy it from you but in the meantime let me know about your experience with the Trenier after you play it over a period of time if you don't mind, thanks!
    Regards
    Bob

    That's your mother? Wow!

My 19 year old daughter was looking through a photo album and saw a photo of my dad at age 18. He was a multi-state heavyweight boxing champion then. The photo was a posed publicity shot of him with an oiled body, very muscular, and very handsome. She kept looking at it. Then she put it down and said that it made her uncomfortable.

At first, it's a bridge too far to imagine our parents and grandparents having real lives similar to our own. Eventually most of us accept it. But it can be uncomfortable when your imagination ponders the possibilities. Think of Back to the Future when Marty met his mom and dad. Eeww. I did very much like Marty's ES-345, which inspired my user name.

I have played three Trenier guitars, and they were uniformly excellent. Up there with the best.

The latest from Bryant Trenier - his guitars keep getting better. I love the lighter burst - it’s very organic. He is approaching his 150th build in the later part of 2019 and wants to celebrate with building a very special custom guitar - which might have my name on it. If so , I will likely be posting one of my masterpiece Trenier’s for sale shortly. My Trenier’s are different models / sizes and were hand picked from the very best - it might be my 17” Excel which is reminiscent of Kellerman’s D’Aquisto (Canon) and likely the size of the upcoming 150th - which would preserve my model diversity.

You do not need a Facebook account to view his home page photos.

    Do enjoy!

I've got a carved Trenier on the way to me, to arrive next week. It will replace my current acoustic archtop. More to follow.

Your excitement is appreciated, but I'm going to hold off until it's in my hands and I've had a chance to play it. It will be a glorious day! Stay tuned!
