I like it simple, one knob should be enough.

That's why Hermida Reverb, Rockett Boing and HOF Mini are my favourites.

The Lovepedal makes Hermida pedals nowadays and the newest version of the reverb has too many knobs.

HOF has poor spring reverb but the hall is decent. And isn't the hall just what the spring reverb was invented to emulate!

I go back and forth between the Catalinbread Topanga and the Mad Professor Silver Spring. Both excellent in their own ways.

I grabbed a used "Wet" reverb for a good price -- it's nice.

Another excellent economy solution to this problem with really good Room settings and excellent simplicity without all that Church and Ambient stuff........................ Anyone else using one here?

I have a HOF mini, and I like it. It's small, light, and easy to carry. Using the Toneprint app, you can change reverbs very quickly. I have several set a favorites, and change between them at will, depending on my mood and the place I'm playing. It takes only a few seconds, and waking up the phone is a major part of the time required. For the price, I think it's hard to beat.

I have the Boss RV6. It's quite serviceable. When using it, I rarely think about it.

I also find its stereo inputs helpful for using backing tracks when I want to play through an amp with no way to feed a backing track in. The backing track goes into the left channel, the guitar into the right, the output to the amp.

Hi everyone, newbie here. Before I got in here I was browsing through the web and found this:
    Reverb Pedals-1-jpg

Sole-Mate Reverbamate Analog Spring Reverb, less than $300, I think ¿closer to the Real Deal(a.k.a. Fender Reverb Unit)?

    Dhango:

I had the reverbamate, one of the current design and the precursor, which you had to plug into two amp inputs. Not bad, but not perfect, not that close to the larger outboard units.

    boosts the treble too much.

I have tried a couple of reverb pedals out because one of my amps does not have any way to control the reverb with a foot switch.

What is your favorite reverb pedal?

Topanga if you’re in to Spring.

It depends on what you’re after. Spring, room, more ambient. I really like Digitech’s RV7 and supernatural.

My favorite is the HOF mini. It's very small, cheap, and portable, and takes input from the Toneprint app, so I can choose between hundreds of presets on the fly. I keep several of my favorite presets in the Favorites section for quick access. It may not be to everyone's taste, but you asked for my favorite.

+1 for the HOF Mini - just got mine and love it.

EQD Dispatch Master v2. Really a combination delay/reverb pedal, but I have the delay repeat time really low so there are no audible repeats, just a little thickening of the sound, and the pedal serves the function of an (almost) always on reverb pedal in my chain.

I like the Boss Fender '63 Reverb (Boss FRV-1) - I have it set very low and it's good for a sublte bit of spring reverb. On higher settings it can get very 'surfy' sounding and is probably a bit over the top.

Hall of Fame for me too. It let me dial in my "ideal" reverb which really helped me achieve my dream tone, which again inspired me to play more, making me a better player too.

I have never considered using low set delay to thicken my sound. Interesting idea. Thank you.
