The H&K TubeMeister 5 weighs 8 pounds (3.5 kg) and the TubeMeister 18 weighs 11 pounds (5 kg). Don't know how good they are, but they pack quite a feature set into a lightweight package. There is an H&K thread about them somewhere.

I'will test MV-3h head with 3 different cabinets .One with 12" Jensen Alnico speaker, second with 10" Eminence Delta Demon and third with 10" Eminence Beta.
I will do some recordings with Shure mike next week.
I am very interesting how MV-3h works with different speakers.

There is more info about amp head that I've got from producer today.:

Pure Tube Guitar Head 15W/8 Ohm
    MV-3H type
60's cult sound. In amplifier are used JJ-electronic tubes production (d.TESLA), or new tubes Soviet
(CCCP), the so-called NOS (new, old stock), produced for military purposes (high mechanical strength and
long life, better performance than the current production), or to order for other companies producing out of
the tube. We recommend the version with the preamplifier to the Soviet triodes with a warm, soft and full
sound. Two independent inputs of different types of tubes , triode and pentode.
    Big capabilities in small device
When we build head MV-3H we use high quality components. Applied transformers have been developed
specifically for this amplifier. MV-3H has two inputs . Each track is a two-point adjustable tone and
strengthen. The amplifier is an external speaker output , balanced output signal LINE 0dB around like a
mixer or another amplifier. Head is equipped with the automatic, delayed switching the anode voltage.
We produce combo with 12” speaker (Jensen) , type MV-3H , also .
    Technical data :

Just quickly tested the combo with my JB strat
Sounds either clean or dist rather pleasant
The tone is on the neat and sweet side and seems well balanced
Acoustic band compatible (good sound level reducer)
    Many I/O features
    Power tube bias self-adjusting
    Really compact but not lightweight
