To update this finally, I just got a 2002 Heritage H575 Custom. The neck is slim, unsure about how narrow it is, but it feels really good. Actually one of the nicest playing necks I've tried. I think the slimmer neck probably is a part of the custom specs. I've only had it for a day, but super happy with it! Just plugging straight into a Princeton gives me a really pleasant sound.

And another update, the output jack is flimsy. Seems to only have sound now when plugged halfway in. How do you actually resolder the two wires on a ES-175 style guitar? On a strat I would just get to work, but here I have no idea

And a final update! Got a tech to replace the output jack. The bridge had a flatter radius than the fretboard for some reason. It got sanded down to match the 10" radius on the neck. The guitar is in great condition, plays and sounds absolutely great. Got 11s on it now, but thinking about 12s.

The ibanez semi-hollow's are known for having slim necks, but usually have two pickups. The hollow body necks aren't much more different. The guitar I use is an Ibanez AF71F and the neck profile is quite playable. I like that it has a good amount of acoustic volume because nothing is drilled into the top. I do think about getting a bridge pickup like the GB10. Mixing the bridge and neck pickup (say 25% bridge pickup, 75% neck pickup) can help tame some of the boominess you'll run into with semi-hollow and hollow body guitars with thick strings and humbuckers.

I have a couple full-size archtops, but I like my PRS Hollowbody a lot. I've had it for about 20 years and it's my go-to guitar in a lot of situations. It's lightweight, sounds good and has spectacular playability. It's slightly neck heavy, but being that the whole guitar only weighs about five pounds, the neck really isn't a problem.
You might check out some of Mark Kleinhaut's early albums. He played his PRS Hollowbody on those.
