Stopped today by Custom Sounds, Espoo, Finland, to deliver a Metro GP in a hurry. I've never been a Fender guy and have ignored anything Tele-related on this Forum. Suddenly, I noticed this Squier 60s Classic Thinline (or something to that effect) hanging on the wall, blinking an eye at me. Grabbed it and couldn't put it back. Made in China in 2015, flawless, beautiful mahogany, perfect intonation. Seen here in the company of a Metro 6.5BG+ Custom and SBUS.
This is my absolutely latest guitar. String recommendations welcome!

Purty! Congratulations!
I like SIT 1150 "Power Wound" or nickel strings. Cheap here in the US, last a long time. Don't know what they cost in Europe. I also like Pyramid nickels on a round core.

Very Nice will there ever be a lastest lol no need to answer thathaha

Latest and last are not the same. Everyone has a latest guitar. One cannot guarantee a last until one is no longer alive.

Welcome to the fold, Markku! I hope you got a big discount, though - yours is missing a string

I know, maybe the next latest is a 7-string. Having paid 310€ for this one, the seven-string would be 361.6666666667€

Been using GHS polished nickel rockers (10-46) for over 40 years on my Teles and never felt the need to change (and I play a lot of different styles). Good ol' Fender 150s are good, too.

Absolutely too beautiful to leave alone on a wall!!!

Wow it's a real looker. Congrats.
Only LaBella flatwounds would be suitable for an instrument of that caliber. All the other strings will destroy your tone and make your guitar less purty. Listen to Ignacio.
