Either sign up for email notifications or check the websites frequently at Strings and Beyond, Just Strings, and Strings by Mail. They all have sales on TIs (and many other brands) at least 2 or 3 times every year, and that's when I buy my JS113s.

Yup. Strings and Beyond usually have 20% off sales on major holidays.
Their THI10 is always good for 10% off. Free shipping after $35 so buy 2 sets at least. They are quick too.

Thomann says £15.60 for a set of BB114 (Thomastik BB114 – Thomann UK). This is a great value, as it's no more than £5/month of daily playing on a set of my favourite strings.
