It's a stretch, but a Toob 12B was stolen from a pro blues guitarist's car in UK about three years ago.

I got a no-name tool bag from the local diy superstore. Takes the Metro, SBUS or BAM, and room for PS, cables, strap, fold-up music stand, fold-up guitar stand and ipad etc. Shoulder strap if needed + pockets for picks, cards, pegs, strings etc.
