I've occasionally seen an archtop with a really unique or beautiful tailpiece. Post some photos of your favorites!

Some beautiful tailpieces here.
I’m a nylon string guy, but i must say that a good tailpiece on a f-hole archtop stirs my soul.

This might be the most beautiful ever. Wow. I also forgot about Campellone's tailpiece, which is similar and probably my next favorite.

Nothing boring about an L-5! That TP remains a strong #2 on my list, barely below the D' Angelico stairstep with the triangulated, straight cross-pieces. I maintain that an archtop's tailpiece, its' materials, mass, and configuration, contribute audibly (if subtly) to the instrument's over-all tonal capacity.

Campellone's tailpiece ranks with the best, in my very humble opinion. A superb solution.

There is nothing like patina on a couple of old Gibson tailpieces

Nothin' fancy, but the beauty of simplicity :

Always loved the Gretsch Cadillac tailpiece.
And of course the Guild harp.

Having only seen them in pictures, I never cared for the Guild harp TPs. THEN one day I saw one in person, up close, and it all made sense! I made an instant, open-ended offer for the instrument, was told I'd have to take a number, and I learned a valuable lesson - never leave the house without a big wad of cash, just in case you need it.

The Germans do make fine pieces.
