Did a Quick Review of the Harley Benton te 20 review, very inexpensive telecaster!
Can you spot the tribute riff?

First of all: you forgot to mention that it's a heavy guitar.
I can't use it for long periods of time. My thighs hurt!
I can imagine using it standing up for a long time must be painful.
Mods:
I swapped the tuners for Fender locking tuners.
Had to do some drilling to accomplish this.
On eBay I bought this from Warman:
-A bridge pick up (Mississippi Steamer - New HOT overwound Tele Bridge Pickup)
-A new bridge (6 saddle Tele heavy chrome guitar bridge)
I bought the new pick up because the original one mad shrill noises when playing.
With the new one there's no more of that.
If I could choose I'd buy a more expensive and, thus lighter, guitar.
Otherwise it's a very fine guitar for the price.
It's very easy to play.

Some people mod/upgrade their guitars. I never do that. I play everything stock nowadays.
Lets see how long it last, of course if I get some major problem I might need to upgrade, but so far, so good!

Yes, I looked at the guitar and checked with Thomann.
I'm sure I have the Harley Benton TE-20MN BM Standard Series
You've been lucky, I guess, and got a lighter one
I'm happy with the mods I did.
Swapping the bridge wasn't easy, but it worked in the end.

What did you install instead of the original bridge?

Hi!
I installed the 6 saddle Tele heavy chrome guitar bridge from Warman Guitars:

The main difficulty was centering the thing.
The screw holes in the guitar didn't match exactly with the bridge.
As it is now it's a little bit off to one side, but it works all right.

What was the reason you changed bridge? Was it to get a six piece saddle?

I changed it only because I've read that the metal in those cheap guitar bridges is of lesser quality.
I might be wrong in this case.

We can be sure some of the parts on this guitar is for sure of lesser quality. After all, it is a very inexpensive guitar.

I am just not one of them, I don't see the need for it, at least not for the time being.
