All five will go on the market after my death.
Any way a guy could get into your will?

Seriously, that's a truly historic collection of ES175s. You could tell a big chunk of the story of the guitar in music from that picture.

I see you cook with cast iron. Is that a vintage Griswold?

I’m not sure if it’s a Griseold but yeah guilty as charged using vintage cast iron. I can’t have a grill here so I cut the fatty edge off the ny strip and while the pans heating put that fat in as my oil
    works great

    If it's a Griswold it'll be marked

i really like Descoware, enameled cast iron. I’ve been using cast iron 40-50 years. Some were given to me by my Mom and the rest (some 16 or so) I bought at local estate sales. So I’m a pan hoarder too

the first time through,i assumed that was the cat in the last picture, too glad Fiona is doing better, and isn't pan fried.

I'm a staub guy myself, but my dad brought a cast iron pan with him when he came to America and it's still the go to some forty odd years later.

I just check on New Beginnings FB page and there’s no updated son Miss Fiona, I’m hoping that her caring about her appearance is the good sign she’ll recover.

I have four favorite cast iron pans on top of my upper oven that do just about everything, then three Descoware Dutch oven pans of different volumes that do most everything, some folks here might have those and they’re called Le Creuset,

As for Holy Grails, being single I don’t have to worry if I get another guitar that the wife’s gonna bean me with my egg skillet.

Wow, great looking 175!!! Congrats on the purchase.

I might need to have a 175 in the arsenal...... It is such its own thing sound wise that I really dig. I had a 1959 body with replacement everything, but couldn't bond with the neck size so I moved it in a trade.
