Oh..that would be good news.
It came setup at whatever angle it is.
I will now have to find a protractor..lol.. And a wrench that won"t scar the adjustment posts.

You only need enough angle to hold the string in the saddle notch. If the breakover angle is too steep the string may contact the bridge behind the saddle and cause an unwanted string rattle or buzzing. If the angle is too shallow the string may come out the saddle notch with a heavy picking style. Before adjusting the posts, tune down a bit to take off some string tension first.

Not to contradict other advicece here, but if you decide to “adjust” the height of the stop tailpiece, take pretty much all of the tension off the strings.
Leave just enough tension to see the break angle if that is what you are measuring to determine your preferred tailpiece height. Or leave slight tension on the strings that come closest to contacting the back edge of the bridge body if that is what you are observing to determine your preferred tailpiece height.
It is easy to make a mess of the slots in the tailpiece studs otherwise. There can be remarkable friction between the studs and the stud inserts (in the body). So get that string tension way, way down.
In my opinion.
