What I'm hearing in that clip is a classic semi-hollow sound. He gets a nice sound. Part of it is the amp, of course. You want something clean but tubey.
As for guitars, the Hofner has been mentioned, but other variations on the 335 exist. Gibson made a bunch of variations on the 335 over the years, so don't write them off just because you didn't like one 335. The Epiphone Elitist line includes a very high quality 335 version if you can find one. Also check Eastman. If you can get your hands on a PRS Hollowbody, check it out. You may or may not love it, but I think you'll find it's very different from the SG. You might also like a Yamaha SA series or the Ibanez AS series. A Heritage 535 is similar.
It's not a 335 style guitar, but you might also like an Ibanez GB 10. Classic Benson sound. An Eastman El Ray might float your boat too.
You might get some ideas from Jack Zucker's semi hollow page. He's a great player who's had his hands on a lot of guitars. I think his judgment on these kinds of things is pretty good.
Personally, I think you could coax the sound you want out of many of these guitars. A lot of the sound is in your hands, so think about picking technique and left hand technique too. Amps are a very important factor, in my opinion. Chasing a particular sound is a tricky thing so I think you have to consider all the variables.
Good luck; I hope you find a guitar you love.

You want a 16" Cremona. It's only 2.5" in depth. It's a versatile guitar. But don't expect one guitar to do it all and cook breakfast too

Another vote for Peerless Virtuoso or Maestro! Virtuoso is sufficient imho.

Hi!
Thank's for your participations.
@lapideusvir: I really love the Maestro on paper but why people say that is a fingerstyle guitar?
I thought a long time and I think Höfner Verythin Classic or John Stowel could be great choice (nice switch on the JS's model).
I have never play a Höfner yet but I listened many samples on youtube and I find the pickups' sound very unique - they have a little something different.
Like this sound Höfner Verythin Classic:
How the neck is? Slim? "C" shape?
Floated mini-humbucker, right?
Is that kind of "plug and play" jazzy-guitar? I don't want to spend my time to adjust the trebble button, if you see what I mean... (I play on Fender Hot Rod Deluxe)
Is this model still available on internet/shop?
PS : If a parisian has this guitar and is reading me, I would be very curious to try his Verythin guitar.

@LarryBarry: You can but you dont have to ;-) I play with plec most of the time and the Virtuoso is fine for that, imo.
