1981 Yamaha SA2000. Sold my first ES-175 to be a 'cool kid' with a semi-hollow as I was starting to do a little non-jazz gigging. I had that guitar for a few years and it never stayed in tune with 13's, even Yamaha's guitar tech couldn't get it to hold tune with 13's (it was fine with lighter strings), even changed the tuners with no luck. Instead of buying an Ibanez from my local shop I hunted down that impossible to find Yamaha; the local shop always gave me shit about not buying an Ibanez and referred to the Yamaha as "Rubberneck".
A keyboard player I respected very much said "but I liked the ES-175, you sounded different than every other guitar player".
I bought my 2nd ES-175 a couple years later and rarely played the SA-2000 after, I still have that ES-175.
