Outstanding guitar. I have considerable playing time on my best friend's '29 L-5. The two guitars are definitely "two of a kind." There is something about 16" L-5 guitars that is unbeatable.

I am glad that you were able to get yours repaired so expertly.

Thanks for sharing the story, info from which I have so much to learn and, of course, your playing.

You seem uniquely deserving of this wonderful instrument. Your musicality, deep knowledge
and all 'round good-guy jazz guitar fiend persona certainly qualify you especially to make the heavy
credit card payments required to protect & play this sweet baby.

Regardless, none of that in the least mitigates the bitter resentment and jealously I feel.
I will now submit to the extensive ministrations of my psychiatrist, Dr. Johnnie Walker,
to survive this crisis.
