That's cool! Can't see this happening here though.

Good to see they've adjusted their prices, it was getting really crazy. I have major GAS for an ES330 currently, perhaps in the next year or two I'll order one if the price is right.

It would not surprise me in the least if in a few year's time some of the more ill-advised guitars may find their way into a collector's market on the basis of having been "made for only one year".

And by that time who knows - I might need a little robotic help tuning!

Most of these guys will ship outside of the US .... but then after shipping costs, customs and VAT taxes I'm not sure it will save you any money

Some of the prices I've seen lately in Europe were almost good enough to tempt me .... but that may have more to do with the current exchange rate than good prices

As I heard today from a dealer I've been dealing with a lot in the past few years things seem to go pretty well for Gibson...at least concerning the Custom Shop sales. Apparently he sells even more of the (over prized...that's my opinion) True Historic Les Pauls in the 6.500€-10.500€ range than the older Reissues in the past years... Seems like they did everything right!!! ...keep the guitars far from the stages and more locked up in a safe!! :-(

With the exchange rate around 1 to 1 the prices on line at Thomann are less in US dollars than some of the prices on line in the US

The prices on these Les Pauls are simply ridiculous, but people are buying them what can we say to that...

Fumble please have mercy. You can't be sending innocent and inherently weak guitar players to look at pictures like that.

Ok I refuse to be the only one to suffer. Look upon these pictures at your own peril you weak and degenerate guitar players. Don't say you were not warned!!
