I recently saw that very HE, or one just like it, on the net and thought what a great buy...but for the life of me can't recall where I viewed it...likely Reverb or feebay. She's a beauty....is she yours Joe?

I am always taken aback by great photos and yours did the guitar great justice. Congratulations and enjoy! I assume you took the photos with a smartphone? Forum member 2B showed us just how great the cameras are in these phones with his guitar photography work.

That's a lovely guitar (and a lovely set of photographs.) Love Herb's playing and hope to someday have one of his signature model guitars.

The plating is pretty much flawless for sure. I seal all my Guitars and plated pieces with Menzerna powerlock and they last a long time. Thanks.

Thanks buddy. I took the pictures with my iPad. The trick is the light. I have a big window that I use that lets in a lot of natural light. Natural light = exact replication of the subject. thanks again, Joe D

I'm glad 2b likes it. Yeah it's mine. I've had it a while now. No intension to sell it. Believe it or not, I plan on thinning the heard but my L7, L5, 175, 165 and one other will stay. I got a thing going on for a 2015 White Stingray Convertable right now... Thanks Greg.

I hope guys aren't getting hammered up there with more snow.

Larry, thanks and sorry about the snow. We're getting hammered right now too. I had enough of this crap.

We've gotten clobbered with snow too. We have accumulated like 4+ feet on the ground and its snowing lightly at the moment.

Holy shite, that is a beautiful guitar, and I am not a big fan of a Florentine cutaway or a burst - not often one for guitar envy, but man, oh man. Perhaps you should consider sending it south for the winter...

Beautiful guitar. I have a ES-165 with the floater pickup. Bought it used ~10 years ago. It always bugged me that it didn't have a tone control so a few months ago I had a small and discrete thumbwheel control (hidden behind the pickguard) installed.... what a difference! Regardless of being able to roll off the tone at the amp, it just wasn't the same for me. I have been picking that guitar up a lot more lately...

    Your jazzbox is a beauty!!!
