Buying a Fender Telecaster - too much choice

The MIJ/CIJ Fender Telecasters are superb too - great value, and the craftsmanship / playability is superb. I've played a couple MIJ Fenders and found that they were just as good as the USA models I've tried.

I have decided I am going to try not to be a headstock logo snob and go for a Squier Classic Vibe 50's in butterscotch blonde!

I played a CIJ Telecaster with Joe Barden pickups in a country band. The guitar was excellent.

I just ordered a American Standard HH ( two humbuckers ) - always liked the fuller sound of humbuckers. Can always find a single coil tele later - they are far more readily available. Someday I'll have an ES-175, in the meantime....
